2. Products & Pricing
All prices are listed in Indian Rupees (₹) and are inclusive of applicable taxes unless stated otherwise. We make every effort to display product colours and details accurately, but actual appearance may vary slightly. We reserve the right to correct pricing errors and to modify or discontinue any product without notice.
3. Orders
An order is confirmed only after successful payment (or confirmation for Cash on Delivery). We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order due to stock unavailability, pricing errors, or suspected fraud.
4. Payments
Payments are processed securely through Razorpay (cards, UPI, net-banking, wallets) or via Cash on Delivery where available. Glamvane does not store your card or banking details.
5. Intellectual Property
All content on this Site — logos, images, text and design — is the property of Glamvane and may not be reproduced without written permission.
6. Limitation of Liability
Glamvane shall not be liable for any indirect or consequential loss arising from the use of the Site or products, to the maximum extent permitted by law.
7. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes are subject to the jurisdiction of the courts of India.
