Cancellations
Orders can be cancelled free of charge before they are dispatched. To cancel, contact us at glamvane.admin@gmail.com or WhatsApp +91 82877 32651 with your order number. Once an order has shipped, it cannot be cancelled but may be returned per our returns policy.
Returns
We accept returns within 7 days of delivery on unused items in their original condition and packaging, with tags intact. Certain items (e.g. pierced earrings/nose pins, for hygiene reasons) are non-returnable unless received damaged or defective.
Refunds
Once your return is received and inspected, your refund is approved and processed to the original payment method (via Razorpay) within 5–7 business days. Cash-on-Delivery orders are refunded via bank transfer/UPI. Shipping charges (if any) are non-refundable.
Damaged or Wrong Items
If you receive a damaged, defective or incorrect item, contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos and we will arrange a free replacement or full refund.
